We want the Home Inspector Study Guide to be worth it. If it is not right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with the study guide for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full price. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email info@inspectioncareer.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number from your receipt.

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days, but timing depends on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and online access to the study guide ends. Please delete any download copies you have.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, purchases are not refundable, except:

• if you were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake,
• if a technical problem on our side stops you from using the study guide and we cannot fix it, or
• where the law requires a refund.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your order, email us first. We can usually fix it quickly. Disputing a charge with your bank deactivates your license key while the dispute is open.
